3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • Processing time may increase during sales, peak seasons, or high demand periods

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and external factors.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1099
  • Standard Shipping: ₹199 for orders below ₹1099

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation via Email/SMS
  • Tracking ID and courier details

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Disable COD for certain PIN codes
  • Verify orders via phone before dispatch
  • Cancel COD orders if verification fails

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order

The package may be returned to us. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.


9. Delays in Delivery

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Logistics disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • High order volumes

While we are not responsible for such delays, we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.


10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged
  • Record an unboxing video if possible
  • Notify us within 24–48 hours with proof

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund, if applicable.


11. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


12. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • However, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier service
