We currently ship across India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier availability and location.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1099

  • Standard Shipping: ₹199 for orders below the free shipping threshold

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS

  • Tracking ID and courier details

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations across India.

We reserve the right to:

  • Disable COD for certain PIN codes

  • Confirm orders via phone before dispatch

  • Cancel COD orders if verification fails


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept order

The package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Logistics disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Unexpected high order volume

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies but will assist in resolving issues.


9. Damaged Package or Tampering

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged

  • Record an unboxing video if possible

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours with proof

We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.


10. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


11. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package is marked as delivered by the courier partner, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier.
