1. Overview

At BLUETAPE CLOTHING PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The size does not fit (subject to exchange availability)
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoices are intact

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” products
  • Customized or altered items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Our team will review and verify your request
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Methods

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer or store credit (if applicable)
  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Processing Time (TAT)

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after approval.
Actual credit time may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive a refund or store credit.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos for verification

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


8. Return Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged or incorrect products
  • For size exchanges or preference-based returns, shipping charges may apply

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • If cancelled before dispatch → Full refund
  • Once shipped → Cancellation not allowed

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
